Happy New Year!

It’s hard to believe that this time last year we were just starting to see glimpses of how much this pandemic was going to upend our lives. 

And now here we are, with the hope a vaccine brings and the wisdom that comes with slowing down, getting creative, and figuring out how to survive–and thrive–during these times. 

In that spirit, we spent our winter break drawing up exciting plans for the new year. We’ve adjusted and added a few things that we want you to know about.

Pricing:

When we had to shift our support staff to remote work and limit the amount of clients Antje sees at one time it actually unlocked a level of personalized service and creativity we couldn’t have anticipated.

Even though we know that eventually we’ll be able to invite more clients and staff into the space, going forward Antje will continue to only see one client at a time and she will be the only person who touches your hair. From consult, to washing, to the final product, you’ll be in her hands. And she’ll never be working on someone else’s hair while your color processes.

This shift means as of February 1st we’ll be increasing our prices. It also means that you and Antje will always have dedicated, hands-on time together. The increase covers both new bookings and all services already scheduled. Go here for our updated service menu and remember, prices include a 20% tip.

Blow-drys and up-styles:

Could this be the year we get to socialize again? We hope so. In anticipation of good times ahead we’re bringing back up-styles and blow-drys. And with fewer people in the studio we’ll even have a dedicated space to photograph your new look.

Kids in the space:

Wow, homeschooling. We know it’s tough, and we’re happy to open our space to clients receiving services and their children, who may use our workspace and internet. Kids must be able to sit unattended at a table and keep their mask on.
