Booking expectations and options
Our staff is vaccinated. Most of you are vaccinated. We’re all expecting things to go back to normal. In some ways they are–hugs! meals with friends!–and in some ways they’re not.
At the studio one of the things that might feel new to some of you is having to schedule your appointment pretty far in advance. The studio has indeed gotten busier and Antje is seeing as many clients as possible while still providing customized, one-on-one services.
Still, we hear your frustration and want to manage expectations and give you some other options if you can’t get in when you’d like.
First, the expectations: right now, our Saturday appointments are booked out for the next 6 months. Weekday appointments are booked out about 10 weeks. Because of these scheduling constraints, we’ll no longer be offering services for children under 12.
And now, the options. We’re grateful and honored for your commitment to Antje and we want you to look and feel your best even if you can’t get in here right away. Here are some stylists Antje would trust her own hair with. (If you’re a color client, note that 2 of the salons also use Schwarzkopf products, just like Antje, so your color will be compatible when you’re back in the studio.)

Finally, in the spirit of getting as many clients in as possible, we’ll sometimes reach out to ask you to come in a few minutes earlier or later. Sometimes there’s an unexpected gap in the schedule and we can get someone else in with a little rearranging. Please know we’re only doing it as the opportunity arises and we appreciate your flexibility.
