Gifts and gratitude | Year-end announcements and cheer!

As the year winds down we’re reflecting on our tremendous community of clients with gratitude–and amazement. Your continued diligence has helped us all avoid illness (no small feat!) while your openness to change has helped us eliminate plastic from the studio (hooray!).

You’ve been showing up for us, and rest assured, we’ll continue showing up for you with the expertise, delight, and eco-awareness you’ve come to expect.

To that end, here are a few updates we’re especially excited about:

Glass act

Our product refill bar is a success, with just a few large glass bottles left at year’s end. (Maybe fill up some small ones for that holiday getaway?) Big thanks to everyone who took the leap and helped us make an impact.

Coffee buzz

We eliminated single-use coffee pods and switched to hand-ground, sustainable beans roasted right here in Chicago. Looks like we need to add “barista” to Stephanie’s many invaluable skills! She’s definitely open to feedback on how strong you like your brew.

The wheel deal

We’ve always liked calling our space a studio instead of a salon, it better honors the creativity that goes on in here. So naturally, Antje’s pottery wheel fits right in! She has experimental seconds for sale, take a look–and maybe knock some gifts off your list.

Bar shopping

Speaking of gifting, our biodegradable, zero-waste Solidu bars make great stocking stuffers! Choose from shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body bars. They smell as amazing as they work!
